Director – Fiduciary Services

About the role

The client is a global provider of corporate, fund, active wealth and pension solutions with a strong presence in Liechtenstein. They are seeking an experienced Director to lead their fiduciary services team, ensure compliance and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including maintaining a valid Art. 180a trust licence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of fiduciary services, ensuring efficiency.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in fiduciary services, trust management or related field.
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios or acquiring new clients.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of fiduciary services and Liechtenstein regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Must hold a valid Art. 180a licence to manage a trust company in Liechtenstein.
