Credit Advisor for Staff Loans (80-100% FTE)

About the role

LGT, the family‑owned private banking and asset management group, is seeking a Credit Advisor for Staff Loans to act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and employee clients worldwide. You will provide structured lending solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employee clients on structured lending and Lombard loan solutions.
• Analyze financing applications, prepare credit proposals and handle administrative processing.
• Manage group‑wide special Lombard loans and mortgage loan agreements, including those backed by bank guarantees.
• Monitor existing loans, prepare regular reports and support credit‑specific projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of experience in lending/credit, preferably Lombard lending.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong numerical understanding, analytical skills and ability to handle complex situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Avaloq (advantage).
