Corporate Actions Officer

About the role

The Corporate Actions Officer ensures that corporate actions are processed accurately and on time within LGT's Banking Operations. You will analyse events, prepare client information and obtain necessary instructions before deadlines, working closely with internal specialist teams, client advisers and custodian banks.

Key responsibilities

• Independently analyse, process and monitor both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions.
• Prepare information for clients and secure required instructions by relevant deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external parties on complex or time‑sensitive events.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams, client advisers and custodian banks to keep each event on track.
• Contribute to process and system improvements, especially involving Avaloq, SWIFT and generative AI integration.

Required profile

• Interest in financial products and securities processing, preferably with corporate actions experience.
• Analytical mindset, able to see the bigger picture and deliver practical solutions under pressure.
• Clear communicator who enjoys teamwork with international partners.
• Independent, accurate, and responsible work style.
• Good command of written and spoken German and English.
