CLM Product Owner (80-100%)

About the role

The CLM Product Owner will lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of the global Client Lifecycle Management platform for a leading private banking and asset management group. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, you will ensure the Agile Release Train focuses on the highest‑value items across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the CLM platform, aligning it with the company’s strategy.
• Build, prioritize and maintain the product or ART backlog, translating initiatives, epics and user stories into actionable items.
• Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, architects and agile teams to ensure the Agile Release Train delivers the highest business value.
• Coordinate releases, approvals and market introductions, and analyse KPIs, customer feedback and market data for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, preferably within private banking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, define and deliver digital products, and work with stakeholders on requirements engineering.
• Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel across Europe and occasional global trips.

Required skills

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification or knowledge.
• Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with agile tools and methodologies.
• Experience with project management software.
