Client Relationship Officer – External Asset Management

About the role

LGT is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to join its External Asset Management (EAM) team in Vaduz. The role supports Relationship Managers in serving external asset managers and multi‑family offices, handling client enquiries and driving after‑sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage day‑to‑day enquiries from intermediaries, including external asset managers and multi‑family offices.
• Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and developing intermediary relationships.
• Own a defined after‑sales process for investment and product recommendations, coordinating internal clarifications.
• Prepare and follow up on client and acquisition meetings, including presentations, analyses and correspondence.
• Act as deputy for Relationship Managers, building a personal network within the intermediary market.
• Contribute to acquisition activities and continuous improvement of team processes and service quality.
• Gradually assume responsibility for an own client portfolio.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training; advanced banking or business administration education is a plus.
• Several years of experience in intermediary business or private banking, preferably as a CRO or Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Experience with after‑sales activities related to investment and product recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of securities, foreign‑exchange transactions and investment products.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID and AML.
• Client‑oriented, structured and independent working style with a focus on quality.
