Client Relationship Officer EAM (80–100%)

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest private banking and asset management group owned by an entrepreneurial family, is seeking a Client Relationship Officer for its EAM team in Vaduz. The role supports Relationship Managers in serving external asset managers and multi‑family offices, while gradually taking ownership of a client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle enquiries and requests from intermediaries, including external asset managers and multi‑family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein.
• Proactively support Relationship Managers in managing and developing existing intermediary relationships.
• Take ownership of a defined after‑sales process for investment and product recommendations, coordinating internal clarifications.
• Prepare and follow up on client and acquisition meetings, including presentations, analyses and correspondence.
• Act as deputy for Relationship Managers, building a personal network within the intermediary market.
• Contribute to acquisition activities and the ongoing development of processes and service quality.
• Progressively assume responsibility for an own, clearly defined client portfolio.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training with relevant specialist qualifications; advanced education in banking or business administration is a plus.
• Several years of experience in intermediary business or private banking, preferably as a CRO, Assistant Relationship Manager or similar.
• Sound knowledge of securities, foreign‑exchange transactions and investment products.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID and AML, especially cross‑border requirements.
• Strong client and service orientation with a structured, independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills, professional manner and strong team spirit.
• Fluent German and very good English.
