AI Co-Founder / CEO (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to become the AI Co‑Founder / CEO of a new venture. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our team of serial entrepreneurs while you build and scale your own AI‑focused startup.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and launch an AI‑driven product or service.
• Lead all aspects of the startup, from product iteration to market entry.
• Work closely with experienced founders in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions.
• Recruit and manage a high‑performing team using our network of 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the company for fundraising and aim to raise multi‑million‑euro rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and target €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
