Account Documentation & Client Data Specialist

About the role

As an Account Documentation & Client Data Specialist in Liechtenstein, you will ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of client data throughout the entire account lifecycle. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Operations and other stakeholders to support account opening, maintenance and closure processes. This junior‑level position offers a solid platform to deepen expertise in private‑banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full account lifecycle, from initial set‑up through ongoing maintenance to eventual closure.
• Create, update and maintain client master data in the core banking system and related applications.
• Capture, validate and store client‑completed forms and information in the data management system.
• Review and verify account‑opening documentation, including KYC and due‑diligence forms, for accuracy and completeness.
• Update static client data across multiple platforms and ensure data quality.
• Conduct regular checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.

Required profile

• Junior professional with 2–3 years of experience in data or documentation handling.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in private‑banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to develop expertise as processes and tools evolve.
