Sustainability Manager (80-100%)

About the role

The Sustainability Manager will support Group Sustainability Management with reporting, double materiality assessment and external assurance, and contribute to the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support sustainability reporting activities, including Double Materiality Assessment and external assurance.
• Develop and implement initiatives related to nature and biodiversity.
• Monitor the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy.
• Lead the internal Sustainability Think Tank.
• Review and validate sustainability data, performing four‑eyes checks.

Required profile

• University or ETH degree in sustainability management, business, economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in sustainability reporting, nature and biodiversity, or broader sustainability topics.
• Strong service orientation, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
