Safety Compliance Engineer (Full‑time, M/F/D)

About the role

You will act as the central coordinator for engineering safety processes across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring consistent execution in line with standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve engineering safety processes and standards across projects.
• Oversee project compliance, safety deliverables, risk assessments, design reviews, and documentation.
• Coordinate safety activities with engineering teams, customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and partners.
• Support third‑party inspections and clearly communicate technical and safety topics.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Systems, Safety, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the EU/Switzerland (nationality or residency permit).

• Familiarity with technical standards such as EN 13814, ASTM, ISO.
