Relationship Manager EAM Germany (80-100%)

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest privately‑owned private banking and asset management group, is expanding its EAM Germany team. We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to acquire and serve intermediaries such as licensed EAMs, MFOs and KVGs across Germany, acting as a trusted advisor and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a client portfolio by acquiring German intermediaries.
• Advise and support intermediaries to achieve their entrepreneurial objectives.
• Present tailored solutions and lead implementation through professional project management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and internal risk standards.
• Enhance the existing product and service offering.
• Contribute to the creation of a new client coverage unit within the Intermediaries business segment.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business administration or a banking apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.
• Several years of experience in the EAM business, fund distribution or a multi‑family office.
• Proven seniority serving wealth‑management or institutional clients.
• Excellent written and spoken German and very good English.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and service‑driven personality.
