Relationship Manager – Digital Assets

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain trusted client relationships in the digital‑asset space. The role combines business development, client onboarding and ongoing support for private, corporate and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and nurture new and existing clients across private, corporate and institutional segments.
• Drive business development by sourcing prospects, managing a robust pipeline and anticipating client needs, including digital‑asset transactions and trading orders.
• Lead the end‑to‑end client journey from initial contact through seamless onboarding, coordinating with Legal & Compliance, Operations and external partners.
• Provide tailored, solution‑oriented support to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Required profile

• Strong interest in business development and sales within the financial or digital‑asset sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with private, corporate and institutional clients.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.
