Product Owner – Client Lifecycle Management (80-100%)

About the role

The CLM Product Owner will lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of LGT’s global Client Lifecycle Management platform, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and agile development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy, continuously refining it based on feedback and market changes.
• Build, prioritize and maintain the product and ART backlogs, ranking initiatives, epics and user stories by business value and feasibility.
• Gather and manage requirements from all stakeholders, addressing risks, dependencies and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple agile teams.
• Coordinate releases, approvals and market introductions while monitoring KPIs, customer feedback and market data for continuous improvement.
• Leverage agile tools for transparency, planning and documentation, and lead backlog refinement workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, preferably within private banking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, define and deliver digital products, and work closely with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel primarily within Europe and occasional global trips.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies and certifications (SAFe, Scrum) and proficiency with agile tools.
• Project management software and tools.
