Product Manager – US Commercial Real Estate Debt

About the role

Valvest is seeking a motivated Product Manager to oversee its US Commercial Real Estate Debt investment solutions. You will act as the central point of coordination between portfolio management, fund administrators in Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, and the US underwriting team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of US Commercial Real Estate Debt funds together with Portfolio Management.
• Serve as primary contact for fund management companies, administrators and service providers in Luxembourg and Liechtenstein.
• Review and control periodic NAV calculations, reconciling portfolio positions, cash balances, income, fees and expenses.
• Monitor fund liquidity, subscriptions, redemptions and cash flows; coordinate capital calls, loan fundings and repayments.
• Review investment and loan documentation and ensure alignment between US team, Portfolio Management and fund structures.
• Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and fund‑specific restrictions.
• Support onboarding of new investments and maintain fund and portfolio data, processes and internal controls.
• Assist in periodic fund reporting for investors and regulators.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Asset Management, Fund Management, Fund Operations, Product Management, Private Credit, Real Estate Finance or Investment Management.
• Strong understanding of investment funds and their operational processes, particularly in Luxembourg or Liechtenstein.
