Product Management Internship – Timber Applications (Marketing)

About the role

As a Marketing Intern on Hilti’s timber team, you will support the launch of innovative fastening solutions by handling product data, creating marketing assets and analysing competitors. The internship lasts 6‑12 months and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and manage product data for timber applications.
• Create and update technical marketing assets such as instructions, presentations, brochures, videos and digital content.
• Conduct competitor analyses to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain marketing assets and product data across internal platforms.
• Support the preparation of internal presentations and communication activities.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Timber Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in marketing, product management and the construction industry.
• Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Content creation skills for brochures, videos and digital media.
