Operational Excellence (LEAN) Manager

About the role

You will lead national and international optimization and transformation projects based on Lean principles, driving smarter, more efficient and sustainable manufacturing and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze value streams and manufacturing/logistics processes to develop data‑driven improvement solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and coaching programs for employees at all levels.
• Enable local Lean champions and teams to apply modern methods and digital tools in daily work.
• Implement global Lean projects and leadership coaching programs focused on behavioral transformation.
• Conduct assessments at Ivoclar Group’s international locations and define roadmaps, project approaches and workshop concepts.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and other digital technologies across the value chain.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience optimizing manufacturing, logistics or value‑creation processes in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, project management and change/ transformation management.
• High affinity for digital technologies, artificial intelligence and automation.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
