IT Support Specialist – On‑site Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for an on‑site IT Support Specialist to join our team in Liechtenstein on a full‑time basis. The role involves providing first‑ and second‑level support to internal users and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to remediate complex AV problems.
• Maintain timely communication on issue status and keep ticket updates current.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Cisco Jabber.
• Offer basic support for macOS users.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.

Required profile

• Valid work permit for Liechtenstein.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in German and English.
