Director, Strategic Partner Sales

About the role

Remote is seeking a senior leader to own the commercial success and ongoing relationship with its most strategic embedded partners. The Director, Strategic Partner Sales will drive bookings and annual recurring revenue (ARR) across partner‑sold and partner‑sourced motions while ensuring partnerships thrive operationally and strategically.

Key responsibilities

• Own the revenue line for strategic partner accounts and meet quota targets.
• Develop and execute repeatable go‑to‑market motions that enable partners to sell Remote products independently.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to resolve issues and build scalable solutions.
• Maintain executive relationships, drive partnership health, and lead long‑term expansion initiatives.
• Create and negotiate proposals that deliver sustainable economics for both Remote and its partners.

Required profile

• Exceptional business judgement with the ability to translate complex partner objectives into concrete actions.
• Strong executive presence; comfortable engaging with C‑level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally and dive deep into detailed discussions.
• Deal‑making mindset with the confidence to be firm when necessary.
