Compliance & Insurance Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance & Insurance Operations Analyst to support our Liechtenstein office, combining insurance, technology and compliance tasks in a regulated commercial cargo insurance business. This part‑time position offers flexibility while requiring a strong on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance records, registers, policies and support monitoring, reviews and internal controls.
• Assist with sanctions screening, customer due diligence, regulatory reporting and audit preparation.
• Administer insurance policies, certificates, claims assessments and endorsements, keeping accurate client records.
• Coordinate documentation and follow‑ups with insurers, partners and internal teams.
• Act as a local point of contact for routine administrative and operational matters in the Vaduz office.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, propose process improvements and take on ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in insurance, financial services, compliance, legal, operations or administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organised approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work proactively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Vaduz at least three days per week.
• Self‑starter attitude with a keen interest in insurance, technology and compliance.
