Commercial Apprenticeship (FZ D&A) – 3-Year Program

About the role

This three‑year commercial apprenticeship places you at the heart of everyday business operations. You will rotate through multiple departments, gaining hands‑on experience in administration, purchasing, marketing, IT, sales and more, while supporting teams to keep processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and support various teams in daily business activities.
• Rotate regularly between departments such as Administration, Purchasing, Marketing, IT, Sales and others.
• Communicate with international subsidiaries and internal teams.
• Process customer orders and assist with product deliveries.
• Help organise small events and support larger company events.
• Receive orders and assist with accounting‑related tasks.
• Create and manage various business documents.

Required profile

• Completed compulsory schooling with good grades (e.g., Sekundarschule (CH) or Realschule (FL)).
• Interest in organisational, coordinative and communicative tasks.
• Motivation to support different teams in everyday business.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and learn new skills.
