Assistant Relationship Manager – Intermediaries (80‑100%)

About the role

LGT Bank AG, the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support its Intermediaries team. The role involves proactive, end‑to‑end service for asset‑manager clients, handling operational and administrative tasks while relieving Relationship Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive and efficient support to the Intermediaries team in Liechtenstein.
• Independently manage day‑to‑day business, including direct client interaction, pending‑item management, correspondence, account opening and compliance matters.
• Receive and process orders across securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions.
• Support preparation and follow‑up of client and acquisition meetings, including travel arrangements, agenda management, presentations and correspondence.
• Assist in organising client events in collaboration with Marketing.
• Selectively attend representative events together with Relationship Managers.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training combined with several years of experience in Intermediaries or Private Banking.
• Further professional qualification in banking or business administration.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as cross‑border rules, MiFID and AML.
• Engaged, structured and proactive approach with high initiative.
• Strong client focus, high standards of quality and reliability.
• Empathetic, personable with professional manners, strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
