Assistant Relationship Manager IM 80–100% (m/f/d)

About the role

LGT, the world’s largest family‑owned private banking and asset management group, seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager to support its Intermediaries team serving asset managers in Liechtenstein. The role involves proactive client support, order processing, and coordination of meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to the Intermediaries team, handling day‑to‑day business, client interaction, pending‑item management, correspondence, account opening and compliance matters.
• Receive and process orders across securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions efficiently.
• Assist in preparing and following up client and acquisition meetings, including travel arrangements, agenda management, presentations and correspondence.
• Organise and prepare client events in collaboration with Marketing and attend representative events together with Relationship Managers.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training with several years of experience in Intermediaries or Private Banking.
• Further professional qualification in banking or business administration.
• Strong client focus, structured and proactive approach, and high standards of quality and reliability.
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in international Intermediaries or Private Banking, including cross‑border rules, MiFID and AML.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
