Assistant Relationship Manager – EAM (80-100%)

About the role

LGT is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join its External Asset Management (EAM) team in Vaduz. The role provides proactive support to the EAM Switzerland team, handling day‑to‑day client interactions and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the EAM Switzerland team with proactive and efficient assistance.
• Manage day‑to‑day business, including client correspondence, pending items, account openings, and compliance checks.
• Process orders for securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payments.
• Prepare and follow up on client and acquisition meetings, arrange travel, manage agendas, and draft presentations.
• Assist in organizing client events and coordinate with Marketing, while occasionally participating in representative events.

Required profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training with several years of private banking or EAM experience.
• Advanced qualifications in banking or business administration are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks (cross‑border rules, MiFID, AML).
• Committed, structured, proactive, and client‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Regulatory compliance knowledge (MiFID, AML).
