Student Support – Form Management (Fixed‑term, 12 months)

About the role

LGT is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join its Forms Management team in Bendern on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the creation, maintenance and distribution of client‑facing and internal forms, gaining hands‑on experience in a leading private banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and align form‑related requirements with internal business units.
• Create and update LGT forms in Microsoft Word and PDF, adhering to corporate design standards.
• Capture, structure, archive form data and maintain the forms database.
• Coordinate translations to ensure forms are available in required languages.
• Advise colleagues on form requests and provide related documentation.
• Contribute to technical topics concerning databases and form processes, proposing improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently completed an apprenticeship.
• Interest in forms management, document creation and structured processes.
• Accurate, self‑reliant and able to work calmly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with or aptitude for desktop publishing.
• Familiarity with PDF editing.
• Basic understanding of databases and digital tools.
