Apprenticeship as a Commercial Clerk

About the role

LGT offers a three‑year apprenticeship that immerses you in the world of private banking and asset management. You will rotate through six different departments, gaining hands‑on experience, responsibility and a clear view of where your strengths lie.

Key responsibilities

• Work across multiple banking departments, tackling new topics and perspectives each rotation.
• Take on real responsibilities from day one, supported by experienced practical trainers.
• Participate in apprentice meetings, training camps and preparation for the final apprenticeship examination.
• Contribute creatively by joining the @LGTYoung social‑media team workshop.

Required profile

• Curious, motivated and open to trying new things.
• Interest in banking, enjoyment of teamwork, and comfort with numbers.
• Good secondary‑school grades in Liechtenstein or Switzerland.
• Desire to play an active role in shaping the future of finance.
