Accountant (80-100%) – Finance & Business Accounting

About the role

LGT is seeking a committed, team‑oriented accountant to join its Bank & Business Accounting team in Bendern. You will work on the full spectrum of financial accounting for the Group, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting for LGT Group companies, including subsidiary ledgers.
• Independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements and the annual report.
• Prepare and reconcile data for consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Support budget preparation and the filing of VAT returns.
• Provide assistance on accounting projects and collaborate with internal and external departments.

Required profile

• Qualified finance or accounting professional (or equivalent qualification).
• Several years of professional accounting experience.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented approach with strong deadline management.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Abacus accounting software (advantageous).
