Quantum Solutions Engineer

About the role

The company is a deep‑tech organisation at the frontier of quantum‑driven computing and large‑scale optimisation. It delivers production‑grade solutions through a scalable quantum‑as‑a‑service platform and is expanding its team with a Quantum Solutions Engineer to turn complex real‑world problems into quantum‑native formulations.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate client challenges as QUBO, BQM and CQM models using pyqubo and dimod.
• Design, implement and validate quantum annealing pipelines on the Dynex network via DynexSampler.
• Develop and benchmark Quantum Machine Learning models such as QRBM, QNN variants and hybrid architectures.
• Perform statistical validation and accuracy benchmarking of quantum outputs.
• Author technical methodology reports, academic papers and proof‑of‑concept documentation.
• Support patent preparation and intellectual‑property documentation for novel quantum algorithms.
• Collaborate across multiple industry verticals while maintaining consistent delivery quality.

Required profile

• Strong research‑driven engineering mindset with high autonomy.
• Ability to own problems end‑to‑end, from formulation to production delivery.
• Experience working on parallel industry use cases and delivering validated solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior technical leadership and moving fluidly between research, modelling and implementation.
