As a Senior System Developer, I provide technical support for multiple automotive sub‑brands (Hyundai, Ford, BMW, etc.) and execute change requests from business stakeholders. I resolve tickets, fix bugs, and ensure optimal system performance. I develop and implement enhancements using MVC 5 architecture, C# and SQL Server, creating modules for quotations, invoicing, reporting, and role‑based access. I also built the Pagero System with Blazor Server and .NET Core 8 to schedule data retrieval from the Pagero invoicing platform.
